«Shoulder to Shoulder» is a national project aimed at uniting Ukraine’s rear and central territorial communities with the frontline territorial communities. Its primary goal is to support and restore frontline territorial communities (those located along the border with the Russian Federation and near the front line), where a significant portion of critical infrastructure has been severely damaged or destroyed.
The project embodies the solidarity of people from across the nation, the cohesion of Ukrainian territorial communities, and the unity of the nation. It is focused on strengthening the resilience of frontline territorial communities, ensuring the conditions for their survival, and contributing to a shared victory.
How do territorial communities support frontline communities?
Formation of recovey teams for works/services and carrying out ongoing repairs
Support for children from frontline communities: nationwide school leagues, children's camps, health recovery and rehabilitation programs
Cultural, educational, and sports events to strengthen social ties and engage youth
Material and technical assistance
Humanitarian aid
Solidarity participation of parties in financing projects
