After another rocket attack by the Russians, the Balaklia city military administration in Kharkiv region had windows blown out in many houses due to the blast wave.
Due to the cold weather appropriate for the season, such houses become uninhabitable.
The Vinnytsia City Council came to the aid of the Balaklia residents. They are partners in the project “Side by Side: United Communities”. The Vinnytsia community donated 1000 OSB boards. Now the damaged windows will be promptly closed, keeping the homes warm.
The Kupʼyansk community, which provided a truck, helped deliver the boards to their destination.
