The Skorykivska rural community from Ternopil region extended a helping hand to its colleagues from the Ivanivska village council of the Chernihiv district of the Chernihiv region. It provided financial support in the amount of 405 thousand hryvnias.
These funds will go to the restoration of a public building in the village of Lukashivka. It is here that local residents receive administrative, social, medical and cultural services.
The building is of great importance for the life of the community, because everything necessary for people’s daily needs is collected in one place. Its restoration will help to improve the work of institutions and make access to services more comfortable.
The money for the implementation of the specified works is already in the account of the Ivanivska community. The tender for the works has been completed, the winner has been determined, and the renovation will begin in the near future.
This support was made possible thanks to the project “Side by Side: United Communities”, which unites the regions of Ukraine for mutual assistance. And the example of cooperation between the Skorykiv and Ivanovo communities once again confirms that together we are stronger.
