A trip to Bukovina for children from the Polohivska community

The city of Polohivska in Zaporizhzhia region is under temporary occupation by Russian troops. The residents of the community and their children cannot return to their homes. They are forced to start life and build a life from scratch, which is always difficult both financially and morally.

It is good when caring fellow citizens come to the rescue.

The Polohivska urban territorial community and the Khotyn city council of the Chernivtsi region signed a memorandum of cooperation in the project “Side by Side: United Communities” this fall. And now the children from the Polohivska community have already set off on an unforgettable trip to the city of Khotyn.

The recreation program includes exciting sports competitions, interesting master classes and an excursion to one of the “seven wonders of Ukraine” – the Khotyn fortress.

Ukrainian children should be happy. We thank everyone who contributes to this despite the difficulties of the war.
