Interesting trips for schoolchildren from outpost communities

For children from frontline communities, St. Nicholas has prepared a number of unforgettable trips. He was helped by the communities participating in the project “Side by Side: United Communities”. Thanks to them, children who need the most support, help and a sense of security went on an interesting and useful vacation.

  • Shramkivska village council of Cherkasy region hospitably hosted students of the Semenenkivska lyceum of Pavlivska rural territorial community of Zaporizhzhia region. Children visited Shevchenko places in Kaniv, took part in sports competitions and contests, and met many new friends.
  • Children of the Prolisnenska community of Kharkiv region went on a vacation and health improvement to the Mykolaivska urban territorial community of Lviv region. Children will be able not only to gain strength, but also to enjoy the local flavor, culture and traditions.
  • Zvyahelsk City Council of Zhytomyr Oblast invited children from Chuhuyiv City Council of Kharkiv Oblast of Kharkiv Oblast. The guests were able to take part in events dedicated to the Christmas holidays. The rich and interesting program included excursions to museums, community enterprises, an eco-park, a visit to the swimming pool, a Christmas and New Year fair, theatrical performances, interactive trainings, film viewings, game programs, educational master classes, sports events, a meeting with the mayor of the city.
  • Children of the Seversk Military Administration of Donetsk Oblast, where fierce battles are currently taking place, visited the cozy and picturesque Transcarpathia at the invitation of the Mukachevo City Council. The guests were most impressed by the residence of St. Nicholas, the skating rink, water entertainment and health procedures.
