The Trostyanets City Council in Sumy Oblast received equipment from the Swedish Aid Center: transformers for electrical substations, a mobile generator, and a powerful pump for municipal services.
Recently, the community found reliable partners in Volyn – the city of Kivertsi. During the first visit of the Trostyanets delegation to Kivertsi, they met with representatives of the Swedish Aid Center charity organization.
This fund has been operating in Ukraine for over 30 years and immediately responded to the needs of Trostyanets. After several meetings and visits, Swedish friends came to the community, assessed the problems of public utilities, and determined a plan for further assistance.
This week, the outpost received equipment that will allow it to better cope with crisis situations and be prepared for unforeseen circumstances.
That’s right, through joint efforts with Ukrainian communities, we are creating strong ties that allow us to receive not only bilateral assistance, but also a trilateral partnership!
