Ten children from the Selydivska community in the Donetsk region spent a weekend in Boryslav.
The trip, which took place as part of the initiative “Side by Side: United Communities,” was an opportunity for the children to change their surroundings for a few days, stay in a safe environment, and feel cared for.
Partners from the Lviv region prepared a rich program for the guests.
Rest and psychological relief, active activities and new acquaintances, excursions around the Lviv region, communication with the community’s youth, and a meeting with the mayor of Boryslav.
We talked, exchanged impressions, and at the end of the meeting the children received gifts.
The culmination was the concert “The Art of Unity” with the participation of creative groups and musicians from both communities.
Sincere emotions, applause, and a sense of unity are the most valuable result!
