A large consignment of humanitarian aid has arrived at Trostyanets City Hospital — exactly what is needed to provide quality medical care.
This is the result of the partnership between the communities of Trostyanets and Kivertsi in the initiative “Side by Side: United Communities”.
The hospital received:
beds for the future palliative and rehabilitation departments;
equipment for patients after strokes and injuries;
hygiene products for daily care
The assistance was provided by the Charitable Foundation “Swedish Aid Center” located in the Kivertsi community, an organization that has been working in Ukraine for over 30 years and supports communities where it is really needed.
This is not the first example of effective cooperation. During working visits, the partners together identified priority needs. Last year, Trostyanets already received energy equipment for the stable operation of the infrastructure. This year, the focus is on medicine and rehabilitation, where support is especially tangible.
