A sports competition dedicated to the Day of the Ukrainian Volunteer was held in the Irkliivska community in Cherkasy region. The venue was the community’s main lyceum.
Teams from four community lyceums and a team of partners from the Shakhivska community-outpost took part in the competition.
The competition was held as part of the initiative “Side by Side: United Communities”.
The mood of the competition day was determined by the words of the military volunteer Dmitry Psaryev, who literally inspired each of the participants.
And the competition was truly emotional and bright. And the main achievement of the participants was not medals, but the experience gained, friendship and a sense of unity between communities from different regions.
Because sport is not only a competition, but above all, tempering endurance, character and self-belief.
And this is how a generation is formed that knows how to hold a grudge, support each other, and move forward.
