The capital accepted children from outpost communities

Kyiv has once again become a place of warmth and support for children from frontline regions.

The national project “Side by Side: United Communities” together with Ukrzaliznytsia – Ukrzaliznytsia continues to organize humanitarian and educational visits to give children such important moments of joy, safety, new impressions and knowledge.
On October 25, boys and girls from the Kutsurubska Community

of Mykolaiv Oblast and from the Velikooleksandrivska Village Council, Novovorontsovska Village Military Administration and Kochubeyivska Village Military Administration of Kherson Oblast arrived in the capital – a total of 110 children.

A rich and interesting program awaited the children: an introduction to the interactive exhibition Ukraine WOW, which reminds us of how incredible and invincible our country is. The young people enjoyed their stay at the Ukraine Aviation Museum, visited the National Museum of History of Ukraine, and also visited the “Place of Strength” from the Club of Benefactors – a space of art therapy, support, sincere and warm conversations.

An excursion to the Ukrainian Association of Football, where the children learned about the history, outstanding figures and great victories of Ukrainian football, caused unforgettable emotions among the guests of the capital. And at the Kyiv Planetarium, a journey into space awaited them – a real miracle that will be remembered forever.

Sincere thanks to the Bilogorodsk Village Council and Borshchagovsk Village Council /Official for help with transportation and to McDonald’s for the treats for the children.
