We are pleased to share the first results of the joint project “Side by Side: United Communities” by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, Ukrzaliznytsia, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation! Over 1,000 Ukrainians have already confirmed their IDP status through the Ukrzaliznytsia app in Diya. This is another step towards supporting everyone who has been forced to leave their homes. They already have access to new opportunities and support:
double “hugs” for every kilometer traveled;
access to exclusive offers from partners in the “Iron Friends” loyalty program.
The most popular offers among users are:
discounts on goods in pharmacies;
discounts on medical services;
discounts on household appliances.
All offers can be found in the “Iron Friends” loyalty program — in the “For IDPs” category, which becomes available after confirming your status through Diya.
How to connect:
Update and open the Ukrzaliznytsia app;
Go to “Profile” → “My data”;
Select “Add IDP status”;
Confirm your status through the Diya app;
