Thanks to the fruitful cooperation in the project “Side by Side: United Communities” of outpost communities and partner communities, more and more children from frontline areas are resting and recovering in safer places.
🚌 The Volodymyr City Council received 15 people from the Executive Committee of the Pokrovskaya City Council of the Nikopol district. The children belong to privileged categories, including children who participated in hostilities, suffered as a result of the war, and were internally displaced. Over five eventful days, the children visited Lake Svityaz in the Lyubart Castle, visited historical sites and monuments of the community, went to the cinema and went on exciting excursions.
🏕️ The Pidberiztsivska rural territorial community from the Lviv region organized a vacation for 18 children from the Pokrovskaya territorial community in the “Sokolyata” children’s camp (Polyanytsya village, Bukovel). For a whole week, children will enjoy the picturesque landscapes of the Carpathians.
⛰️ Children from the Yuriivska territorial community of Pavlohrad district arrived in Chynadiivska village council of Transcarpathia. For many, this is their first trip to the mountainous region. They will see ancient castles, temples, and also learn more about the history of Transcarpathia.
