Children of fallen defenders and children from frontline communities will go on vacation to France.
They were invited by partners from the French city of Bourguignon-Jallier, with whom Smila signed a partnership agreement last year.
During an online meeting with partners, representatives of the Ukrainian and French cities agreed on the details: the trip will take place from July 13 to 25.
The partnership between the cities includes support for children, cultural and educational exchanges, as well as the implementation of joint humanitarian initiatives.
The organization of the trip was traditionally supported by partners from Europe Prykhystok — they helped with coordination and communication.
Such initiatives give children not only rest, but also new experiences, support, and the opportunity to be away from the war for a while.
