Chasovoyarska MVA handed over a school bus to a community in Transcarpathia
Chasiv Yar today is the front line. A city where fighting continues, where Ukrainian defenders are holding back the enemy.
And it was this community that handed over a school bus for the children of the Yasinyansk territorial community.
For mountain villages, a bus is primarily a safety issue. In remote settlements, children had to leave after dark to catch a school bus, cover three to five kilometers to the bus stops, and get to school on difficult mountain roads.
Now the bus will take children directly to the educational institution.
It is especially symbolic that the aid came from a community that is suffering from shelling, and its residents are forced to live in different parts of Ukraine. And how does anyone understand the importance of support.
Cooperation between communities has been going on since last year. The village of Yasinya accepted children from Chasiv Yar for rest and rehabilitation, helps military families. Now Chasiv Yar has offered a shoulder in return.
This is the true meaning of the “Side by Side” initiative: when support is mutual, when communities from different regions become partners, not just signatories of memorandums.
And when even from the front line they find the strength to help others. This is evidence that Ukraine is held together by unity!
