In the Ruzhyn community, located in the Zhytomyr region, they supported people who receive social services from the Toretsk Territorial Center.
The communities actively cooperate within the framework of the project “Side by Side: United Communities”.
After the start of the full-scale war, the institution was relocated from the Donetsk region to the village of Karabchiyiv. There, it continues to work with older people and people with disabilities.
Humanitarian aid was provided to the local Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Ruzhyn.
The support concerned not only the residents themselves, but also their pets. The benefactors provided food and care products for pets, which for many have become true friends and comfort. These are not just cats and dogs, but support, warmth and the feeling that you are not alone.
The assistance received will ensure proper care for companion animals and support the people who need it most today.
