A workshop on making and decorating Easter candles from beeswax was held in Ruzhyn, Zhytomyr region. The event brought together participants within the framework of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities”.
The workshop was conducted by teachers of the Torets community. During the lesson, they experimented with shapes, decor and created unique candles with their own hands, complementing them with wishes and symbolic elements.
Each candle came out with its own mood and details. But the message was common: even in difficult times, you can create light. Literally – with your own hands.
The souvenirs made became an ornament of the Easter holidays and at the same time a reminder of the power of unity and mutual support.
