15 residents of the Pokrovsk City Military Administration, Bakhmut City Council, Vuhledarska and Kostyantynivska City Military Administrations, who left their homes due to deadly Russian shelling, made an unforgettable journey through the picturesque Transcarpathia.
Donetsk residents were able to make this unforgettable journey thanks to the project “Side by Side: United Communities”.
The Shypit Waterfall in the Polonyna Borzhava mountain range charged guests with powerful Carpathian energy. Then, by cable car, travelers reached the top of Mount Gemba, from where unique views of the Carpathians open.
The village of Vuchkovo in Verkhovyna was remembered for the history of Carpathian beekeeping and its delicious products.
Donetsk residents also attended the charity concert “Ukrainian Family – Under the Sky of Freedom” in the Lviv region. The audience enjoyed the performances of the artists, and also had the opportunity to join the gathering in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
For people who were forced to leave everything and start life anew, fleeing from Russian shells, such excursions and events are an opportunity to distract, relax and recharge.
We thank everyone who contributes to the implementation of such important initiatives.
