The history of the partnership between these communities began a year ago. With a memorandum within the framework of the project “Side by Side: United Communities”. And today it is already constant and concrete help to people.
In the Ruzhyn community, the practical stage of cooperation with Toretsk continues within the framework of initiatives launched in March 2025 during a meeting in Dnipro. At that time, the communities were only working out joint solutions: exchanging experiences, getting acquainted with educational, medical and cultural spaces and understanding how we can be useful to each other.
Today, this cooperation is working at full capacity.
Doctors from the Toretsk Central City Hospital, who were forced to relocate due to the war, come to Ruzhyn and conduct full-fledged receptions for local residents.
People can undergo examinations and examinations by narrow specialists, receive treatment appointments or referrals for further diagnostics.
