Tasty gifts for children from the frontline community

This year, Ukraine celebrates Children’s Day for the first time on November 20, together with Universal Children’s Day. On such a day, one wants to pay the most attention to those who, due to the war unleashed by Russia, are most in need of protection.

The Velikooleksandrivska community survived the occupation by Russian troops and was liberated as a result of the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in 2022. After that, the community became the object of constant enemy shelling, turning the lives of local residents into survival.

Therefore, employees of the Khmelnytskyi NPP, located in Netishyn, decided to please children from the Velikooleksandrivska settlement council of the Kherson region, which is a partner of the Executive Committee of the Netishyn City Council in the national project “Side by Side: United Communities”.

Cookies, chocolate, candy bars, candies, and other goodies are not only sweets, without which it is difficult to imagine a happy childhood. They are also a manifestation of care and humanity, proof that we are all together, united, and therefore we will survive.
